The very core of any Mexican restaurant is enchiladas and fajitas. They have both entrees perfected. I love the cheese enchilada dinner. I could eat it 7 days a week. The only restaurant around with good enchiladas. Thank you!!

Chile tremble I plate is great. Usually makes 2 meals for me. I do beef inside and queso on top. Fajita set up on the side. Toss the stem and chow down.

I decided to try the chicken fried steak because I have heard how good it was. Well, let me tell you it was delicious. It was hand battered and was full of flavor. Definitely try it.

Husband loves the beef with queso on top. Daughter dos cheese and queso. Best enchiladas in Quinlan. Can also reheat in oven easily.
